Southwest Chicken Pile Up


1 corn Tortilla
1/2 yellow container of rinsed black beans 

1/2 blue with mashed avocado 1/2 blue shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 green diced onion
3/4 green chopped tomatoes
1/2 yellow black beans
1/2 red cooked ground chicken or other lean ground meat
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cumin and salt
Optional Hot Sauce

1. Bake Tortilla and let cool

2. Cook your ground meat so that it is done. Add chili powder, cumin and salt.
3. Spread hummus or avocado on tortilla (or you can wait and pile the avocado on top!!)
3. Add meat, Add beans
4. Add tomatoes, jalape├▒o, red onion and cheddar cheese
** optional Add a few shakes of hot sauce

5. Cut into fourths with a pizza cutter and enjoy!
