My Personal Struggle with Nutrition

I struggle.

I struggle with food.  A lot.

Most of my life, I have struggled with what to eat.  How much to eat. When to eat.  Good carbs. Bad carbs. No carbs. Fat is bad. Fat is good. 

Nutrition has been turned into this VERY confusing ordeal and we often overwhelm ourselves with how complicated we make the process.

I am not a nutrition expert -- which is why I found food such a challenge.  I knew what was healthy, but I really struggled with how much to eat.  I would do great for a while and then "fall off the wagon" and then do well again....it was a cycle.

I knew that I needed to make a change.  For my health. To be there for my children.  To feel FUELED and fed.  I didn't want my children to have the same experiences that I faced while growing up with overweight family members.
