Avocado Chicken Salad

Do you ❤️❤️❤️❤️ chicken salad as much as I do? ...but don't love the added fats or processed ingredients? Try this healthy paleo friendly recipe instead: 

4oz of chicken breast, cooked & shredded
1/4 of mashed avocado
1Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, chopped
 Season with pepper to taste
 Combine and serve over a bed of fresh greens!

Enjoy this lean and clean lunch!
