Paleo Pizza

A pizza that is Paleo and delicious??  Hard to believe but true!  You have to try this simple recipe!

Paleo Pizza

Crust Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Topping Ingredients:

  • A few tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 8 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3-2/3 cups cooked ham, diced


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In a large bowl, combine coconut flour, almond meal, baking powder, and garlic powder.
  3. Using a whisk, mix wet ingredients.  When the mixture starts forming a batter, you can start using your hands to mix it.
  4. Pour batter into a well greased and rimmed pizza pan.  Make sure it covers the whole pan.
  5. Bake crust 15-20 minutes.
  6. Prepare all of your toppings so they are ready to go on the pizza once the crust is ready.  For the mushrooms, heat a pan to medium heat and sautee with coconut oil for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Spread the sauce onto the crust.  Put on all of your toppings.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes just to allow the toppings to cook.
