Workout Tip

It is common to see push-ups in workouts.  Unfortunately they are being performed wrong a lot of the time.  Next time you are doing a push-up remember these things:
  • All of your fingers should remain in equal contact with the floor the whole time.
  • Your forearms should remain vertical throughout the entire movement.
  • Your head shouldn't reach the ground before your chest.
  • Your eyes should be slightly on the horizon.
  • Your spine should lower and raise as one unit without any lag in the spine.
