A Week in the Life of My Nutrition - January 5, 2015

Many of you have asked about WHAT I eat since I can't eat gluten, dairy, sugar, and grains.  Well...after trying to really explain it, I thought it might be more beneficial if I SHOW you!  Here is a week in the life of how I eat for January 5-11.  I follow Plan A of the PiYo Get Lean Eating Plan and have modified it to take into account I don't eat grains.  I allow myself two servings of the blue "healthy fats".  I start each day with 2 brazil nuts for their awesome dose of selenium and will sometimes just sneak a bit of coconut oil into my coffee.  Those are "free" foods for me since I don't have 2 yellow containers!  I want to make sure I am eating enough healthy foods and those healthy fats keep me FULL!

So this is what a week looks like for me, and happens to include an overnight trip next Friday!  Yep, I'm going to Pittsburgh to see Beachbody CEO Carl Dailkler and workout with Autumn Calabrese - creator of the 21 Day Fix.  You betcha that you'll see more about this soon!! :)
