I love this concept of MAXing out.  I love to compete with myself and see how far I can push myself.  I am PUMPED to see what this program does for me both mentally and physically.  SO many of you always tell me how much you LOVE Insanity, but not the LONG program.... HERE WE GO friends!

What is INSANITY MAX:30?

INSANITY MAX: 30 is a 60-day in home workout program that pushes people to their personal max in just 30 minutes a day without equipment for jaw-dropping visible results.  INSANITY MAX:30 makes people push as hard as they can for as long as they can until they MAX OUT - the point when they just can't do any more or they begin to lose good form.  They'll then note their MAX OUT time, recover, and finish the rest of the workout. Every day they'll push to increase their previous MAX OUT time so they constantly progress, improve their fitness, and get the full body results they've always wanted. And for the first time the program includes a low-impact modifier for every move so anyone at any level can MAX OUT without the impact to their joints. 

Who should DO INSANITY MAX:30?

This is the perfect program for ANYONE who wants to lose weight, tone up and get into AWESOME shape!  If you are short on time, but still want to be FIT and HEALTHY then this 30 minutes a day program is key!  There is a low impact modifier making this program perfect for anyone from beginner to advanced. 

Will I still get a good workout if I modify?

I'm not sure why so many of us feel less awesome if we modify!    For whatever reason, some of us just can't jump - maybe we've just had a baby (or 3!) maybe we have joint issues, maybe jumping just jars our brains too much! (am I the only one that thinks that?!?)  .... but according to ShaunT himself modification is not a disease.  We need to start at OUR level and work up!  The whole point of this is to MAX OUT and get a little further each time.  I don't know about you, but I love that concept!

So, is this some sort of only eat kale for 60 days diet?
No.  In fact, the nutrition plan for this is very flexible!  I don't mean that pizza and beer are on the plan...but its about portion control and healthy eating.  Fruits, veggies, whole grains and OF COURSE Shakeology!


I am putting a special test group together for this as I prepare for the Pittsburgh Marathon.  I LOVE my PiYo, and will continue to incorporate PiYo with Max:30 and will teach my PiYo Live classes....but I plan to MAX OUT!
