Introducing the 21 Day Fix Extreme

It is hard to believe that just one year ago, we were eager to get our hands on the 21 Day Fix. This program helped me to better understand portion control and the 30 minute workouts are totally do-able for my busy schedule.  I had been eating clean for a while, but this system unlocked something and I was FINALLY seeing changes!  The program lists foods from the highest nutrient dense foods to the lower.  So many of my challenge group graduates of this amazing program are walking proof of how this program WORKS!

NUTRITION 21 Day Fix Extreme Style

Remember, this is an EXTREME program!!  The  21 Day Fix did take into account wine and chocolate.  However, the 21 Day fix extreme does not.  It is totally no-cheating clean eating for our 21 days.   The program does take into account dining out,  but you still have to follow the nutritional guidelines in the plan.  Its only 21 days... we can do it!!!  

If you have followed my journey you know that following the 21 Day Fix meal plan with the PiYo workout helped me to get abs!!  I'm a mom of three!!!   I totally credit a great deal of my progress to nutrition.  So make sure to take this part extremely serious.
