Paleo Nutrition and the 21 Day Fix

I have been eating Paleo now for five months.  A challenge - sometimes!!!  But, I focus on how much BETTER I feel as a result, and that keeps me going.  I have found that planning out my meals for a week not only helps me to keep on track, but keeps the grocery bills lower!  I use up what is in my freezer and try to plan for left overs and the same food a few times a week!  That keeps it simple.

    1. That's awesome, Kimberly! I'd love to hear how it goes for you. Is there a particular reason you're choosing to eat Paleo or just to give it a try? Paleo is awesome!
