PiYo Get Lean Eating Plan Paleo Menu

You all know I love PiYo and LOVE how my body feels! But we all know that the workouts alone will NOT be enough to get results!  We have to stick to our eating plan.  Due to my Hashimotos, I follow the paleo nutrition plan and have found tremendous success in FEELING better and getting leaner.  Paleo simply means that I don't eat grains, dairy or processed sugars.  Now, I follow that as closely as I can- around 90% of my nutrition is Paleo.  

You might recall my post on how to go paleo following the 21 Day Fix meal plan. Shakeology isn't technically paleo, but it is a delicious daily dose of dense nutrition that has helped MANY of my health problems.  


But, planning my food and meals and making sure that I get plenty of protein and veggies and healthy fats to accommodate my running and workouts is important.  This meal plan is in the low end of the PiYo Get Lean Eating Plan -- which is slightly lower than what I should technically be eating.  However, with my Hashimotos, I find I feel better keeping my calorie intake on the upper end of the lower scale.  Does that make sense?
