Chicken Taco Bowls

Chicken Taco Bowls

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs chicken breast
1 - 16 oz. jar organic salsa
1 - 15 oz. can black beans (drained)
1/2 lb frozen corn
1 T chili powder
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
Brown rice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients (except brown rice) to slow cooker.
  2. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
  3. Near the end of cooking time, cook two cups of brown rice according to package directions.
