Honey Mustard Pork Tenderloin

What I love about my crockpot is that it is not just easy, but I can make enough to also simplify my lunch packing!!!  I'm so busy that this saves time for dinner AND lunch for me.  WIN WIN!  It is also a great way to save some dollars.  Maybe treat yourself to a green tea at your favorite coffee shop as a reward for following this plan all week!
