Low Carb Crockpot Turkey Chili



1 small diced onion
1.25 lbs ground turkey
1 1/2 cups cubed butternut squash or sweet potatoes
1 large diced green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 (6 oz) can of tomato paste
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
3 T chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 T Worcestershire sauce


  1. In a large non-stick sauté pan, cook onion and turkey over medium high heat until meat is just browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  2. Pour meat and onion into crockpot.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. 
  4. Enjoy with toppings of choice if desired (such as low fat shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, or chopped green onions).
