Monday Snacks

Morning Snack

 

Option 1: Strawberry Blonde

Ingredients:

Scoop of strawberry (or 1 envelope)
1/2 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 T honey
1 tsp cinnamon
Ice

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend. 

Option 2: Yogurt and Fruit

1/2 cup yogurt
1 T natural nut butter or PB2
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1 medium apple


Afternoon Snack:

Brown rice cake
1 T natural almond butter
1/2 banana sliced
