Crockpot Challenge Wednesday Snacks!

We know that fueling our body is important.  So for this crockpot challenge, you want to make sure that you do prepare your snacks!  If you don't have Shakeology and would like to try a sample, please contact me!  

Morning Option 1:  Snickerdoodle Shakeology


Vanilla or chocolate scoop (or packet)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp natural peanut butter or PB2
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey


Blend all ingredients.

Morning Option 2:  Yogurt and Fruit

3/4 cup yogurt
1 T natural nut butter or PB2
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stevia to taste
1 medium apple

Afternoon Snack

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup cucumber
