Saturday Snacks

 

Morning Snacks

Option 1: Snickers Shake

Ingredients:

Chocolate scoop/envelope
2 T natural peanut butter or PB2
1/2 tsp caramel extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients.

Option 2:

2 stalks celery
2T natural peanut butter

 

Afternoon Snack

3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
Stevia to taste
1/2 cup berries
