Tuesday Snacks

Morning Snack

Option 1: Mexican Chocolate Honey Drink

Ingredients:

1 scoop of chocolate (or 1 envelope)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey
1 T natural PB
Ice

Directions:

Blend all ingredients. 

Option 2: Yogurt and Fruit

3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt with Stevia to taste
1/2 cup berries


Afternoon Snack

2 Stalks of celery
2 T natural peanut butter
