Turkey and Egg Scramble

Not everything is always in a crockpot!  I love eggs for a FAST FOOD healthy breakfast option!  Keep in mind if you are following the 21 Day Fix nutrition plan, what you food portions are!

Turkey and Egg Scramble


2 oz ground turkey
2 scrambled eggs
Green Pepper
1 T salsa (optional)
1 slice of avocado (optional)


  1. Turn on stove top burner to medium heat.
  2. Add a splash of olive oil to a small frying pan.
  3. Cook ground turkey with onion and green pepper.
  4. Whisk eggs in a small mixing bowl.
  5. Pour eggs into the frying pan. 
  6. Stir frequently for 2-4 minutes or until eggs are set. 
Serve with 1 slice of Ezekiel toast
