What is Wellness? Part 1 of 3 in the "Living Well Series" 

If you're like me, I always thought that being skinny was enough.  That you had to be a size 8 and weigh a certain number to correspond to your height.  Until I learned that HEALTHY and SKINNY did not mean the same thing, I really struggled with the battle of the scale.

Thankfully, I now know better and this video explains WHAT wellness is. 

Wellness needs to be achieved in all levels of life  to find balance.  We all want balance, right?
